What we expect of you:
Rules Explained:
Recruitment Process:
We would like to start funneling recruitment through the forum so that we can get to know the people we are accepting into the guild. It is fine to recruit members to the guild but we need them to be directed here, to sign up for the forum and then post in the recruitment thread a bit about themselves.
Probation lasts 1 month thereabouts, it is just so we can get to know you better before letting you jump straight in as a member. If you are inactive for 14 days or more during your probation period, without posting anything on the forum as to why and for how long, you will be kicked.
Forum:
Current members are required to sign up to the forum, we will ask you in-game as a friendly reminder if we see you. If we have to keep asking you and you still haven't signed up you will be broken back to initiate rank until you sign up. Invest in the guild and we will invest in you.
We expect every person in the guild to sign up with their Main characters name, please give me a day or so to change your board privileges based on your guild rank.
All initiates must sign up to the forum, we require you to do this before you can be promoted to a member.
Guild Progression:
Promotion is based on the discretion of the officer involved, however it should be discussed with others officers first.
Member to Sergeant - a willingness to help other guild members and to help us organise events such as dungeon runs and pvp events.
Sergeant to Lieutenant - adherence and promotion of the guild rules to Initiates. Willingness to help others above and beyond the call of duty. Organising and running events for members. Generally helping the officer out.
Lieutenant to Officer - All of the previous and then a bit more, the officers should be an integral part of the guild experience by the members, helping, organising and participating in guild life.
Crime and Punishment:
If you get caught breaking the guild rules (depending on the circumstance and severity) you will be warned. Continue to do what you are not supposed to do and you will be kicked.
Healers of Warcraft would like all it's members to be active, however we understand real life comes first. This is just a game after all.
Guild Loyalty:
We would prefer if your main active character along with all your alts were to be in the guild. Although not a strict ruling on this it shows commitment to the guild.
